Terms of Service & Member Agreement

Welcome to Neon Drawer. By creating an account, accessing the platform, topping up your wallet, or completing a purchase, you legally agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Age & Membership Requirements

Neon Drawer is a digital marketplace intended strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). By accessing, registering, or transacting on this site, you certify and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

2. Marketplace Role & Vendor Independence

Neon Drawer functions solely as an online venue and escrow payment facilitator connecting independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) and buyers (“Members”). We do not manufacture, inspect, or ship physical seller inventory unless explicitly designated as an official platform item. Vendors operate as independent creators and merchants responsible for their listing descriptions, product authenticity, and physical fulfillment.

3. Crafting Safety & Assumption of Risk Disclaimer

• Nature of Goods & “As-Is” Condition: All physical items, raw crafting materials, completed props, and digital blueprints traded on Neon Drawer are sold strictly on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis directly between independent third-party sellers and buyers.
• Intermediary Status: Neon Drawer does not inspect, test, or verify the structural integrity, safety, or functionality of any physical goods or digital schematics traded on the platform.
• Safety & Crafting Risk Assumption: Creating, wearing, and handling cosplay armor, props, and electronics carries inherent physical risks. By purchasing any raw material, DIY kit, or completed build, the buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the handling, modification, or use of the merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, risks related to wiring, adhesives, sharp edges, material toxicity, or mechanical failure.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Drawer, its operators, directors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, personal injury, or property damage arising out of the handling, construction, or use of items purchased from independent sellers.
• Sole Remedy: The buyer’s sole recourse in the event of an unfulfilled, lost, or materially inaccurate shipment is strictly limited to the platform’s escrow dispute resolution process prior to final fund disbursement.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Members and Vendors agree to maintain a respectful, collaborative environment. The community chat and forums are safe zones. Any harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or discriminatory behavior will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of vendor privileges. Furthermore, vendors must respect intellectual property rights. Vendors found listing actual illegal weapons, hazardous chemical materials, unauthorized recast props, or stolen digital blueprints will face immediate shop closure.

5. Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. Neon Drawer is not liable for unauthorized account access, wallet misuse, or orders resulting from compromised personal login details.

6. Escrow Protection, Platform Transactions & Digital Wallet

Escrow System: All purchases made on Neon Drawer are processed through our internal wallet escrow system. Payments are held securely upon checkout and released to the vendor only after courier delivery confirmation and the standard inspection window.

Non-Refundable Platform Credits: All purchases of Neon Drawer platform credits or digital wallet top-ups are final and strictly non-refundable. Once funds are converted into digital credits and added to a user account, they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or refunded to the original payment method under any circumstances. Platform credits hold no cash value outside of the Neon Drawer ecosystem and may only be utilized for transactions within the site.

Off-Platform Void: Conducting transactions, custom order modifications, or taking communications off-platform voids all escrow safeguards and seller protections.
